Public Information Service
The MCSO Public Inquiry website is provided by the Sheriff’s Office as a courtesy. Citizens can submit a request for records under the Tennessee Public Records Act (“TPRA”) § 10-7-503.
It allows users to search and view certain publicly available information/records maintained by the Sheriff’s Office.
Access to this website is provided for informational purposes only.
Information or records are not certified and may at times contain errors.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
This Office makes all reasonable efforts to provide timely and accurate information dissemination where publicly available and applicable by state law. During regular business working with criminal justice records; such records may change, be updated, corrected, or removed at any time and without notice.
Information or records displayed/provided on this website are not considered official certification of a person’s criminal history, legal status, warrant status, custody status. Additionally, the information/records are not Court Records.
